Zoka Coffee

Zoka Coffee roasted its first batch in the fall of 1996 and opened a Greenlake coffeehouse in Seattle the following January. It now has four cafes and a mail order business. Founder Jeff Babcock is still CEO, and roasting is done in Bellingham on a 1963 Probat roaster.
