8th and Roast

8th & Roast is a Nashville coffee company that runs shops and roasts its own beans. It began in 2009 as a single shop on 8th Avenue South. It says it has built its sourcing around direct relationships with farm partners since 2021 and pays above fair trade minimum prices for green coffee.
