San Francisco Bay Coffee, which trades as SF Bay Coffee, was founded in 1979 by Jon and Barbara Rogers after they bought a small company on 3rd Street in San Francisco. It began with tea and a little coffee, then moved into roasting. The family says it now roasts almost 40 million pounds a year, and it sells OneCUP coffee pods.
