Higher Grounds Coffee is a roaster based in Traverse City, Michigan, established in 2002. Its roastery and café are in The Village at Grand Traverse Commons. It says each lot is cupped at origin with producer partners and Cooperative Coffees, then cupped again in its own roastery before small-batch roasting.
