Costa Rica San Isidro Natural - Finca Las Mercedes
Blackberry and green apple, then hazelnut to settle it. Same farm and altitude as the Pacamara, 1,800 meters, but a San Isidro 48 instead. Natural-process, roasted light, organic and direct trade. A little less sharp on paper, thanks to that nutty note.
Pick it if blackberry, green apple and hazelnut sound good to you; organic matters to you.
Best for Light-roast drinkers who like fruit with a nutty finish

Watermelon gummy, pineapple guava, orange sherbet. Nobody writes notes like that for a quiet coffee. Natural-process Ethiopian and Colombian coffees, roasted light, with Sidra and Ombligon in the mix. Go in expecting a candy-shop cup, at least on paper.
Pick it if watermelon gummy, pineapple guava and orange sherbet sound good to you.
Best for Adventurous drinkers who like loud, tropical naturals
