Finca El Puente - Honey Processed
Blackberry, chocolate and apricot from a honey-processed Catuai, roasted light. Grown at 1,500 to 1,680 meters in Honduras. Fruit on both ends with chocolate in the middle makes this a good bridge for anyone wary of very fruity light roasts.
Pick it if blackberry and chocolate sound good to you.
Best for Light-roast newcomers who still want chocolate
